História
FK Jelgava, founded in 2003 in Jelgava, Zemgale, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Jelgava, it collected the 2010, 2014, 2015 and 2016 Latvian Cups and Zemgales Stadium (RAF Jelgava's Soviet titles are not assigned here). Rivalry with Riga FC, RFS e Liepāja and a blue and white identity shape fans and narrative. Zemgales Stadium, local support and Zemgales Stadium sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
