História
Trethomas Bluebirds AFC, founded in 1903 in Trethomas / Hengoed, Caerphilly, competes in national football with a marked continental presence. Known as the Bluebirds, it collected Trethomas Football Club from 1903 (not the 1990 stub) and CCB Centre For Sporting Excellence in Hengoed — formerly the miners' Trethomas Park at Bedwas. Rivalry with os clubes da Cymru South and a blue and white identity shape fans and narrative. CCB Centre For Sporting Excellence, local support and CCB Centre For Sporting Excellence sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
