S.P. Tre Penne, founded in 1956 in San Marino / Serravalle, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Tre Penne, it collected Sammarinese titles including 2011–12, 2012–13, 2015–16, 2018–19 and 2022–23, and the 1–0 vs Shirak on 9 July 2013 (first UEFA win by a San Marino club). Rivalry with Tre Fiori, La Fiorita, Virtus e Libertas and a blue and white identity shape fans and narrative.
