NK Opatija, founded in 1911 in Opatija, Kvarner, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Opatija, it collected Croatian Prva NL cycles and Stadion Kantrida in Rijeka (shared Kvarner home), with a 1911 identity.
