Crest meaning
The crest of Samger FC is the picture people know before they know the squad. Colours, lettering and the overall shape do the heavy lifting; nobody needs a lecture to feel what it stands for. In other words, the badge is not decoration — it is how Samger FC shows up in the world.

History
In Kanifing, Gambia, Samger FC has long been part of weekend football life. Its foundation year, 1990, places it among the clubs that helped shape organised football in the area. Their usual stage is GFF First Division, a competition that rewards consistency more than glamour. Home games are tied to Kanifing Stadium, a ground listed around 5,000 seats — big enough to roar, small enough to feel close. Strip away the big-club noise and sides like Samger FC are why the sport still feels close to the ground.
