History
NK Olimpija Ljubljana, founded in 2005 in Ljubljana, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Zmaji / the Dragons, it collected the 2005 reconstitution, multiple PrvaLiga titles and Stožice Stadium. Rivalry with Maribor, no derby esloveno and a green and white identity shape fans and narrative. Stožice Stadium, local support and Stožice Stadium sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
