History
Lyn Oslo, founded in 1896 in Oslo, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Lyn, it collected the 3 March 1896 founding, historic Eliteserien cycles and Bislett Stadion. Rivalry with Vålerenga e os outros clubes de Oslo and a red and white identity shape fans and narrative. Bislett Stadion, local support and Bislett Stadion sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
