History
Heineken Saints started as a local answer to a simple need: a team for Goodwill to call its own. Its foundation year, 1980, places it among the clubs that helped shape organised football in the area. Outside the spotlight of the biggest leagues, that rhythm of grind and pride is the whole point. When Heineken Saints play at Windsor Park, the stands hold roughly 12,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. That mix of place, patience and belonging is what makes Heineken Saints matter beyond the final score.
