History
FC Dynamo Kyiv, founded in 1927 in Kyiv, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as White-Blues, it collected 1975 and 1986 European Cups, European Super Cups and Soviet/Ukrainian dominance. Rivalry with Shakhtar Donetsk and a white and blue identity shape fans and narrative. NSC Olimpiyskiy, local support and Lobanovskyi school and Olimpiyskiy sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
