History
Crusaders FC, founded in 1898 in North Belfast, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Crues / Hatchetmen, it collected 2010s NIFL Premiership titles and Seaview. Rivalry with Cliftonville, no North Belfast derby and a red and black identity shape fans and narrative. Seaview, local support and Seaview sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
