Crest meaning
The crest of AS Sedan is the picture people know before they know the squad. Colours, lettering and the overall shape do the heavy lifting; nobody needs a lecture to feel what it stands for. In other words, the badge is not decoration — it is how AS Sedan shows up in the world.

History
In Sedan, France, AS Sedan has long been part of weekend football life. Going back to 1919, the side has seen the game change around it while keeping a local core. They move through the domestic pyramid as form and finances allow, like so many clubs of their size. Home games are tied to Stade Louis-Dugauguez, a ground listed around 23,500 seats — big enough to roar, small enough to feel close. Strip away the big-club noise and sides like AS Sedan are why the sport still feels close to the ground.
