História
Real Unión Club de Irún, founded in 1915 in Irun, Gipuzkoa, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Irundarras / Real Unión, it collected the 1918, 1924 and 1927 Copa del Rey titles, founding-member status of La Liga in 1929 and Stadium Gal. Rivalry with Real Sociedad, Arenas e os clubes bascos and a white and black identity shape fans and narrative. Stadium Gal, local support and Stadium Gal sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
