História
Ask anyone around Aldershot about local football and Aldershot FC usually comes up sooner or later. Since 1926 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Some years bring promotion pushes; others are about staying upright and paying the bills. Matchdays revolve around Recreation Ground (about 19,900 capacity), with the usual mix of season tickets, walk-ups and family groups. If football is a map of cities and towns, Aldershot FC is one clear pin in England.
