History
Zira FK, founded in 2014 in Zirə / Baku, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Zira, it collected the 2014 identity, Azerbaijan Premier League cycles and Zira Park. Rivalry with Qarabağ, Neftçi e Sabah and a blue and white identity shape fans and narrative. Zira Park, local support and Zira Park sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
