História
Warrenpoint Town FC, founded in 1987 in Warrenpoint, County Down, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Point / Warrenpoint Town, it collected promotion to the NIFL Premiership in 2013, top-flight cycles through 2022 and Milltown (upgraded 2013; temporary Stangmore Park share at the start of the Premiership). Rivalry with Newry, Glenavon e os clubes do Championship and a blue and yellow identity shape fans and narrative. Milltown, local support and Milltown sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
