Crest meaning
The crest of Vere United FC is the picture people know before they know the squad. Colours, lettering and the overall shape do the heavy lifting; nobody needs a lecture to feel what it stands for. For anyone collecting football badges, this one sits naturally among the local marks of Jamaica.

History
Vere United FC belongs to Hayes, Jamaica the way a neighbourhood pitch belongs to its streets. Since 1990 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Playing in JFF Championship means midweek travel, tight budgets and crowds that know every player by name. Home games are tied to Wembley Centre of Excellence, a ground listed around 1,500 seats — big enough to roar, small enough to feel close. Strip away the big-club noise and sides like Vere United FC are why the sport still feels close to the ground.
