Crest meaning

The TB Tvøroyri crest combines black and white with Við Stórá black-and-white. The badge marks Tvøroyri, Suðuroy and TB tradition, distinct from generic filler. The shield summarises triumphs, rivalries and local pride in contemporary football. Colours, mascot and place on the local map keep the badge off an empty template.

History

TB Tvøroyri, founded in 1892 in Tvøroyri, Suðuroy, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as TB, it collected the 1892 founding (the Faroe Islands' oldest club) and Við Stórá (not Gundadalur in Tórshavn). Rivalry with os clubes de Suðuroy and a black and white identity shape fans and narrative. Við Stórá, local support and Við Stórá sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
