History
Supporters in Sur have watched Sur Club through lean seasons and better ones alike. Since 1968 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Some years bring promotion pushes; others are about staying upright and paying the bills. Matchdays revolve around Sur Sports Complex (about 8,000 capacity), with the usual mix of season tickets, walk-ups and family groups. If football is a map of cities and towns, Sur Club is one clear pin in Oman.
