History
Sporting San Lorenzo is one of those clubs that quietly keep the game alive in Puerto Rico. Since 2003 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Outside the spotlight of the biggest leagues, that rhythm of grind and pride is the whole point. When Sporting San Lorenzo play at Estadio San Lorenzo, the stands hold roughly 2,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Sporting San Lorenzo belongs to San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico.
