Crest meaning
Corinthians's crest features a stylised São Paulo flag motif, an anchor and oars — nautical references from foundation — on black and white. It does not include a seahorse as a central element. The badge summarises popular Paulista identity and Timão tradition, correcting incorrect readings of invented fauna on the shield.
