History
Shirak SC, founded in 1958 in Gyumri, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Shirak, it collected historic Armenian championships and Gyumri City Stadium. Rivalry with os clubes de Yerevan and a orange and black identity shape fans and narrative. Gyumri City Stadium, local support and Gyumri City Stadium sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
