History
There is nothing flashy about the story of Rochester Rhinos, and that is part of its charm. Founded in 1996, it has had enough time to collect memories, nicknames and small legends. Outside the spotlight of the biggest leagues, that rhythm of grind and pride is the whole point. When Rochester Rhinos play at Frontier Field, the stands hold roughly 13,500 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Rochester Rhinos belongs to Rochester, United States.
