History
There is nothing flashy about the story of Riverdale FC, and that is part of its charm. Since 1990 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Playing in Provincial Leagues means midweek travel, tight budgets and crowds that know every player by name. When Riverdale FC play at Estádio municipal, the stands hold roughly 5,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Riverdale FC belongs to Lusaka, Zambia.
