History
Rising Stars FC started as a local answer to a simple need: a team for Georgetown to call its own. Its foundation year, 2005, places it among the clubs that helped shape organised football in the area. Outside the spotlight of the biggest leagues, that rhythm of grind and pride is the whole point. When Rising Stars FC play at Georgetown Football Stadium, the stands hold roughly 2,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Rising Stars FC belongs to Georgetown, Guyana.
