History

PAEEK FC, founded in 1953 in Kyrenia (exile in Nicosia / Lakatamia), is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as PAEEK, it collected foundation on 10 October 1953 in Kyrenia, exile after 1974, the 2020–21 Second Division title (first-ever First Division promotion) and Keryneia Epistrofi in Lakatamia — not Larnaca's GSZ nor an occupied Kyrenia ground. Rivalry with Digenis Morphou e os clubes da Second Division and a black and white identity shape fans and narrative. Keryneia Epistrofi, local support and Keryneia Epistrofi sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
