História

Oeste Futebol Clube, founded in 1921 in Itápolis, São Paulo interior (also linked to Barueri in Série B cycles), is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as o Rubrão, it collected Paulista A2 success and a Série B cycle away from the state capital. Rivalry with os clubes do centro-oeste paulista and a red and black identity shape fans and narrative. Estádio municipal de Itápolis, local support and Itápolis municipal ground and the Arena Barueri phase sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
