Crest meaning
The Newtown AFC crest combines red and white with Latham Park red. The badge marks Newtown, Powys and the Robins tradition, distinct from generic filler. The shield summarises triumphs, rivalries and local pride in contemporary football. Colours, mascot and place on the local map keep the badge off an empty template.

History
Newtown AFC, founded in 1875 in Newtown, Powys, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Robins, it collected the 1875 founding (one of Wales's oldest clubs), Cymru Premier cycles and Latham Park. Rivalry with Aberystwyth, Caersws e The New Saints and a red and white identity shape fans and narrative. Latham Park, local support and Latham Park sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
