História
Newington FC, founded in 1987 in North Belfast, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Newington, it collected NIFL Championship cycles and a Seaview groundshare with Crusaders, with a 1987 identity (the ground is not claimed as exclusive). Rivalry with Crusaders, Cliftonville e os clubes do Championship and a blue and white identity shape fans and narrative. Seaview, local support and Seaview (shared) sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
