Crest meaning

Nakuru AllStars’ badge stands for the Rift Valley city of Nakuru and for a name that once meant Kenyan league champions. The modern crest keeps the AllStars wording as a bridge to the 1960s title-winning side, presenting a civic club identity rather than a corporate franchise brand.

History

Nakuru AllStars trace their lineage to a club founded in 1961 that won the Kenyan national league in 1963 and again in 1969. After the original side faded, Robert Muthomi reformed the AllStars in 2010, later merging structures with AC Nakuru and attracting Nordic investment interest. The revived club climbed Kenya’s nationwide divisions, spent time as Nakuru Top Fry AllStars under sponsorship, and later dropped through the National Super League amid financial pressure. Today the AllStars remain a Nakuru football reference point, historically linked with Afraha Stadium and local county competitions.
