História
In Paramaribo, Suriname, MVV has long been part of weekend football life. Its foundation year, 1946, places it among the clubs that helped shape organised football in the area. They move through the domestic pyramid as form and finances allow, like so many clubs of their size. Home games are tied to Estádio municipal, a ground listed around 4,000 seats — big enough to roar, small enough to feel close.
