History
Málaga CF, founded in 1948 in Málaga, Andalusia, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Boquerones, it collected the 2012–13 Champions League quarter-finals and Andalusian titles; the current club was reconstituted in 1994 on CD Málaga's lineage. Rivalry with Granada e os vizinhos andaluzes and a blue and white identity shape fans and narrative. La Rosaleda, local support and La Rosaleda sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
