History
Kubuli All Stars belongs to Saint Joseph, Dominica the way a neighbourhood pitch belongs to its streets. Founded in 1995, it has had enough time to collect memories, nicknames and small legends. They move through the domestic pyramid as form and finances allow, like so many clubs of their size. Home games are tied to Windsor Park, a ground listed around 12,000 seats — big enough to roar, small enough to feel close. Strip away the big-club noise and sides like Kubuli All Stars are why the sport still feels close to the ground.
