History
Karachi Port Trust FC started as a local answer to a simple need: a team for Karachi to call its own. Since 1970 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Playing in Pakistan Premier League means midweek travel, tight budgets and crowds that know every player by name. When Karachi Port Trust FC play at KPT Stadium, the stands hold roughly 15,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Karachi Port Trust FC belongs to Karachi, Pakistan.
