History
IK Sirius, founded in 1907 in Uppsala, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Sirius, it collected contemporary Allsvenskan football and Studenternas IP in Uppsala. Rivalry with os clubes de Uppland and a black and blue identity shape fans and narrative. Studenternas IP, local support and Studenternas IP sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
