History
There is nothing flashy about the story of Ħamrun United, and that is part of its charm. Since 1920 the name has stayed on team sheets, programmes and dressing-room doors. Outside the spotlight of the biggest leagues, that rhythm of grind and pride is the whole point. When Ħamrun United play at National Stadium, the stands hold roughly 17,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Ħamrun United belongs to Ħamrun, Malta.
