History
Fulham Football Club, founded in 1879, is one of London's oldest clubs still active in the Premier League. Known as The Cottagers, it plays at Craven Cottage, a historic riverside ground on the Thames in Fulham. Europa League finalists in 2010, the club alternates top-flight and Championship cycles with West London rivalries. White and black colours, academy work and idols such as Johnny Haynes and Aleksandar Mitrović shape the identity. The Cottage and a century-plus tradition keep Fulham a historic reference in London football. The index prioritises verifiable founding, stadium, colours, nickname and competitive path.
