FC Struga Trim & Lum, founded in 2015 in Struga, Lake Ohrid, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Struga Trim & Lum, it collected 1. MFL titles in 2022–23 and 2023–24, with a 2015 identity, and Gradska Plaža in Struga — not Skopje's Boris Trajkovski Stadium.
