History
Football in Bucareste would look thinner without sides like FC Progresul București. Going back to 1947, the side has seen the game change around it while keeping a local core. Division status can change from one campaign to the next, but the badge stays the same. Stadionul Cotroceni is where the colours gather. Capacity sits near 14,000, and on a good afternoon it still feels intimate. For fans tracing crests and stories across Romania, FC Progresul București is a solid local chapter worth reading slowly.
