FC Milsami Orhei, founded in 2005 in Orhei, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Red Eagles / Milsami, it collected Moldovan championships in 2014–15 (first title outside Chișinău/Tiraspol) and 2024–25, cups in 2011–12 and 2017–18 and CSR / Complexul Sportiv Orhei, with a 2005 identity. Rivalry with Sheriff, Zimbru e Petrocub and a white and red identity shape fans and narrative. Complexul Sportiv Milsami, local support and CSR Orhei sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
