History
Eintracht Braunschweig, founded in 1895 in Braunschweig / Brunswick, Lower Saxony, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Löwen, it collected the first Bundesliga title in 1967 and 2. Bundesliga cycles. Rivalry with Hannover 96 e os clubes da Baixa Saxónia and a blue, yellow and white identity shape fans and narrative. Eintracht-Stadion, local support and Eintracht-Stadion sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
