History
Diplomates FC is one of those clubs that quietly keep the game alive in Central African Republic. Going back to 1985, the side has seen the game change around it while keeping a local core. Most seasons they line up in Super Ligue, where results swing between hope and hard lessons. When Diplomates FC play at Stade Barthélemy Boganda, the stands hold roughly 5,000 — numbers that matter less than the noise the regulars make. Write the history in big headlines or in quiet paragraphs; either way, Diplomates FC belongs to Bangui, Central African Republic.
