History
Deal Philip FC belongs to Lusaka, Zambia the way a neighbourhood pitch belongs to its streets. Founded in 1990, it has had enough time to collect memories, nicknames and small legends. Provincial Leagues has been the league home for large stretches of their recent history. Home games are tied to Estádio municipal, a ground listed around 5,000 seats — big enough to roar, small enough to feel close. Strip away the big-club noise and sides like Deal Philip FC are why the sport still feels close to the ground.
