Crest meaning
The CD Lugo crest combines white and red with Anxo Carro white-and-red. The badge marks Lugo, Galicia and the Albivermellos tradition, distinct from generic filler. The shield summarises triumphs, rivalries and local pride in contemporary football. Colours, mascot and place on the local map keep the badge off an empty template.

History
CD Lugo, founded in 1953 in Lugo, Galicia, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as the Albivermellos, it collected Segunda División cycles and Anxo Carro. Rivalry with os clubes da Galiza and a white and red identity shape fans and narrative. Anxo Carro, local support and Anxo Carro sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite. The page privileges checkable facts — founding, ground, rivalries and public honours.
