History
Arka Gdynia, founded in 1929 in Gdynia, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as Żółto-Niebiescy / the Yellow-Blues, it collected the 1979 and 2017 Polish Cups and Gdynia's municipal stadium. Rivalry with Lechia Gdańsk, no derby da Tricity and a yellow and blue identity shape fans and narrative. Stadion Miejski w Gdyni, local support and Stadion Miejski w Gdyni sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
