História
Angers SCO, founded in 1919 in Angers, Maine-et-Loire, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as les Scoïstes, it collected Ligue 1 cycles at Raymond-Kopa and a fixed SCO identity. Rivalry with os clubes do Grande Oeste and a black and white identity shape fans and narrative. Stade Raymond-Kopa, local support and Stade Raymond-Kopa sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals. The sporting project balances a memory of triumphs with the demands of the modern elite.
