AFC Amsterdam, founded in 1895 in Amsterdam, is a national football reference and a marked continental presence. Known as AFC / Amsterdamsche FC, it collected the 2018–19 Tweede Divisie amateur championship (national amateur title) and Sportpark Goed Genoeg since 1962; founded 18 January 1895. Rivalry with os clubes de Amesterdão e da Tweede Divisie and a red and black identity shape fans and narrative. Sportpark Goed Genoeg, local support and Sportpark Goed Genoeg sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
