História
1. Göppinger SV, founded in 1895 in Göppingen, competes in national football with a marked continental presence. Known as Göppinger SV, it collected the 1895 identity (1. Athletik Klub; football 1905) and Stadion an der Hohenstaufenstraße — not the Hohenstaufenhalle indoor arena. Rivalry with os clubes da Regionalliga/Oberliga Württemberg and a black and white identity shape fans and narrative. Stadion an der Hohenstaufenstraße, local support and Stadion an der Hohenstaufenstraße sustain the contemporary project. Youth work, management and competitive ambition define the current cycle against historic rivals.
